Unfortunately no! I got that from Unjury online. Unflavored doesn't me it doesn't have a flavor though.

Oh my I know the stalls totally bite... and your so close... You will get there and I will be cheerin you on.. Pump up the protein.. that will help and move... I get frustrated myself when I'm in the stalls but I have been told it's normal.. 90+ pounds is so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! and just think it's never going to be back!!!!!!!!!!! one more pound twards the healthier, happier and more beautiful you... (emphasis on the more because you were already beautiful!!!)

ok, i am at 97 lbs....and stuck....and have been stuck between 93-97 lbs gone....i know what i have to do and i am trying...i just cant stay motivated!

Topic: Doing Cartwheels
Today I was playing out in the yard with my 6 year old and she asked me to teach her to do a cartwheel. I tried explaining it but that didn't seem to work soooo I showed her how to do one. That's right.....I CARTWHEELED! And then I did several cartwheels to celebrate the fact that I could do a cartwheel!

Thank you! My hair was down to my shoulders so it was a bold step for me. My hair is really short in the back and many many layers in the front and side. I bet you could pull it off.
I just hit the 90 pound mark...woo hoo! My goal is to be down 100 by my 6th month check up, I've started walking daily which seems to be helping.
