What goals have you accomplished?
What goals are you working on?

I'm on cloud 9 today because I've finally lost 50 lbs. I'm just 0.2 lbs from the half way mark to a normal BMI.
Next goal:
To lower my BMI from obese down to overweight.

What are your goals today???

Body Fortress 100% whey.  Reasonable price, average in all other resprcts.  Available at Walmart and maybe also Target.  I've used vanilla and chocolate.

I'm having trouble finding a good protein powder that's not to expensive. I like to make shakes so I need a vanilla or unflavored. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Topic: RE: Is anyone else at a stall?
Over a 58 day period, I gained 14 lbs and had to re loose it.  Yes, I do work out and yes have stuck to my diet plan right from the start.

Finally, as of today the gain is off and I am down 2.2 lbs.  At day 134 I'm still shy of my 90 day goal of 50 lbs lost.

I know your fear all too well.

Yes I believe I have still lost inches.  I haven't measured, but I am sure things are shifting around because my underwear is about ready to drop off my butt.  LOL  It's great because I have NEVER had that problem before.  I guess I am just playing catch up!  I have to keep journals for my insurance company so I can have the plastics after a year, so I pretty much know everything I am eating and so does everyone else!  LOL  I think I am going to increase my exercise again.  I don't know how much more I can do though, I do something every day already for at least 30 minutes.  Gonna have to mix it up somehow though!  Thanks for the reply!  Have a great day!

I hate those stalls....

Remember to keep tract, mind grazing, mark everything that goes into your mouth... Be active, work out... Maybe your body just need a change and is getting comfortable doing the same thing.. challenge your body! And when u have dont this, then u will know ur doing ur best... have you lost inchs??

I'm right there with you. I have found that usually after I stall for a few weeks I drop 5 pounds rather quickly. Hang in there! I'm stalled at 201.5....so close to the 199 mark but just seem to be hovering over 200 pounds to drive me crazy!

I'm hoping to break the stall soon. I started running today. That's right...I RAN! I haven't run in years. It felt painfully wonderful.

Thank you all for the replies!  I am so paranoid, I can't believe it!  My co-workers are like "damn you have lost 83 lbs in 4 1/2 months", but negative Nellie that I am says, "That's all?  That's it!"

How much is everyone eating now?  I have been wondering if I am overeating but I really don't think so.  Here is an example breakfast:
6 jerky nuggets
1 waffle w/light cream cheese
6 pineapple chunks

I think that is pretty rounded out.  Sometimes I have cheese instead of the waffle.
I would love to hear sample meals from everyone!  Thanks!
