Congrats Becky!!! I'm right behind you. I just loaded 3 bags full of my clothes that are to big too. Someone is going to enjoy some nice plus size clothes. Some of them I only wore once. I hated shopping before but now enjoy it. Well congrats on your success. Keep it going girl.

Sounds good. I bet it will work with PB2 for a low fat version. I'll try this recipe two ways once nuts are no longer forbidden food. With the cinnamon of course.

1 cup peanut butter
2 cups almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
Sweetener to taste
*Optional*
Cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste
Mix the holy trinity together and add you chosen amounts of the optional ingredients. Stir. Stir some more. Stir until your arm hurts. Stir until Jillian Michaels would be proud to have your right forearm. Continue to stir until peanut butter and almond milk surrender their separate identities and form the most amazing substance ever to be eaten off of a spoon.

I tried it this week. Pretty good. Zucchini wasn't as 'cisp' as I had hoped for, but it DID make a good pasta substitute.
