Awww, thanks Stephanie! You are both right. I have to actually look at my before pics, especially the side view, to really grasp, "wow, I really looked like that....when did that happen?" and to see the difference so far! It will take some time for my brain to catch up with the rest of me..LOL.

im bored with my goto's as well.. turkey, tuna, chicken, eggs cottage cheese.... about the only thing i enjoy that i eat a few times a week is.. low carb tortilla's with turkey or chicken & cheese nuked for min or so..18g protein and under 200 calories.. 8 carbs
i can eat one of those an it feels like im eating something i shouldnt be but tastes so good and agrees with "tiny tummy" and the other thing im eating alot of.. is tuna chickpea salad.. 2 small cans or one big can of tuna in water drained... can of garbonzo beans/chickpeas drained... 1/4 of very finely minced (pulvarized) red onion and a few drizzles of olive oil..so far it has been great! taste better longer it sits in fridge 224 cals 19g protein 1 carb for the amout i can eat.. about half cup

I am looking for some yummy foods that are RNY friendly and have protien. Im bored with what ive been eating thought you guys could help? I already know about eggface most of that stuff requires alot of prep and Im looking for stuff that is very easy to make or just grab and eat! lol Thanks in advance!

Well after a stall of about three weeks I decided it was time to get off my rear and start exercising. So I hit the eliptical machine that has been gathering dust in my garrage. Plus I realized I ahd not been drinking my water. Been traveling alo in the past few weeks for work and can not get all the water in plus can not stop to pee.
Well after realizing what I was missing I corrected myself and hit the eliptical for 30 minutes each of the last two evenings. This am I was delighted to see I lost 5lbs. This puts me at 101lbs lost!
I can not beleive I made it to the Century Club in about 4 months!
I Love the band best thing I have done for myself!
PS...How do I get my Century Club Card?
