My before, 2 month, and new 4 month pics...just wanted to share BUT cannot figure out how to put them here instead of just on my profile. *sigh* Oh well....I will settle for having them on my profile!
Hard to believe I ever looked like the "before".
Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.

What goals have you accomplished so far?
Weigh less than my husband, wear wedding ring again, wear size 14 (im a 12 now), get under 200, get under 190, lose 50 lbs, exercise at least 3 days a week, fit my wedding dess agian.
What goals are you working towards?
Get under 180 , weigh 145, getting in enough water and protien
What are you most proud of?
Getting my exercise done!! woot!

Keep focused and dont get discouraged. I have stayed at the same weight for about a month now. I have fluctuated up and down for this past month. I know it seems crazy but don't dwell and think about it.Just keep exercising and getting all your protein and liquids in and soon enough it will come off again.

As of this morning, I have lost 100 pounds!
Other WOW moments:
- don't need an extender for seatbelt anymore
- when I go to the Mall, I don't just hit Lane Bryant and then leave because I'm out of options. I hit nearly every clothing store there :)
- now wearing 2x tops (started in 4x)
- can buy pants in a store now (could only order from catalog before)
