What goals have you accomplished so far? 

Weigh less than my husband, wear wedding ring again, wear size 14 (im a 12 now), get under 200, get under 190, lose 50 lbs, exercise at least 3 days a week, fit my wedding dess agian.

What goals are you working towards?

Get under 180 , weigh 145,  getting in enough water and protien

What are you most proud of? 

Getting my exercise done!! woot!

Keep focused and dont get discouraged. I have stayed at the same weight for about a month now. I have fluctuated up and down for this past month. I know it seems crazy but don't dwell and think about it.Just keep exercising and getting all your protein and liquids in and soon enough it will come off again.Have a good one and smile

As of this morning, I have lost 100 pounds!

Other WOW moments:

- don't need an extender for seatbelt anymore

- when I go to the Mall, I don't just hit Lane Bryant and then leave because I'm out of options.  I hit nearly every clothing store there :)

- now wearing 2x tops (started in 4x)

- can buy pants in a store now (could only order from catalog before)
