Dr. sent me home on nexium...then wound up adding generic prilosec and 2 other anti-nausea meds...not taking them now...object was to get rid of meds...very frustrating and nausea has returned... of course now am having kidney issues and sure that is not helping

Surgery was February 23rd. Old fashioned open gastric bypass...Was supposed to be better for my co-morbidities...I am a type II diabetic as well...

I have made my 50 ponds lost goal. 
I have stalled and can't seem to make the next 10 pound Mark
I actually tried cloths on and looked in the mirror and thought they looked OK instead of crying.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

CONGRATS!! VERY EXCITING!! Good luck with the nausea! try Prilosec that helped me. My Doctor sends all his patients home with a prilosec perscription.

FInally broke the 200lb barrier officially. Last weigh in put me at 195 and I think that may have been a little off. That's a total of 60lbs total of loss from my high and I am finding more and more that my clothes are too loose to wear. Yeah...Now if I could only get rid of the nausea for good.
