This Board, it LIVES!

I'm searching for a protein with no soy and no whey. I've got some on order arriving any minute now.

I've tasted the Atkins shakes,vanilla. I liked it as compared to poweders. Everything else has been pretty bad.

My daughter uses protein shots. They are a fruit punch flavor and just a few ounces. She thinks they taste decent if not good.

I like to mix EAS powder (any flavor) with 8 oz. fat free Lactaid milk and a couple ice cubes in the BULLET (my little blender thing) then let it sit in the fridge for about 20 min. to let all the foam go down. It is the best tasting one I have tried so far. I actually enjoy it. The pre made drinks are horrible (to me anyway).
