You guys are all doing so good. Your pics you all post are inspiring. I went to buy new work out clothes the other day because all my old stuff is beyond faling off. So I go in the sore and they are having a sell on workout shorts and so I buy a 16/18 and 2 pair of 12/14. I figure in a couple of months I would be in them so why not buy them now while they are on sell. Well I get home and try the 12/14 on and they fit with no struggle at all, even a little baggy in the thigh area. I thought I wouldn't be able to get them up my thighs. So I've gone from a TIGHT 20 to a 12/14. I've lost a total of 56 lbs and fell amazing. I work out 3 days a week and nothing is aching so bad that I hate the gym. You all take care and keep up the hard work. Congrats to EVERYBODY!!!

I'm right there with you. Every time I wash I have a handful of hair. I now try to wash every other day and don't use any heating tools on my hair besides my blow dryer on the coolest and lowest setting. I'm thinking about buying a scalp treatment for woman with thinning hair I saw on the Sephora website. I haven't tried it yet but I am seriously considering it.
