I got the "okie dokie" to continue to try new foods. Just did some BBQ Baby Back Ribs! Yummmy but FILLING! 3 oz. was about it.
My baby boy (okay, he is 19 but still my baby boy), leaves for Job Corp in Oregon on the 5th. So, I'm making sure he has all the family addressess, etc., and clean undies packed! Oops, they don't call them "undies", they are BOXERS, MOM!!! So, I'm making sure he has his boxer mom's packed.
Going to be an adjustment for all of us here. 
Exercise, food, weight loss, all plugging along!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

100+ pounds lost
Under 250 pounds (first time in decades)
Weigh less than husband for first time
I was at a standstill right out of the gate. Turns out I was not eating enough. Upped cal count to 800-900 and started loosing very slowly. Nut says 800-900 starting month two, doc says 1000 but I think that was because I was eating some days less than 500.
I need prot supplements to get so much in but its better than zero loss.
