Topic: Can I have one please?
I didn't make a huge deal outta reaching my 100 lb. loss, but something changed tonight. I felt my clavicals (collar bones).  I got a bit of a tan from vacation, so the definition in my upper chest and collar bone/shoulder area is more pronounced.
Collar Bone Close-up  Okay, NOT THAT PRONOUNCED!!

I spent quite a bit of time "feeling myself up",  and really taking in and being very mindful of how it feels to feel my bones again.

So then, I thought, Damn! I DO WANT ONE OF THOSE CARD THINGIES!!!

I have Googled, Live-seached, Binged, Banged, Stomped, hit Ctrl/Alt/Del, Yahoo'd, and OH'd all over the place.  But I cannot figure out how and where to get one!

*sigh* so can someone please be kind enough to direct me in the general direction?

Thanks so much!
Hugs,
Kathy

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Keep your protein intake up. How much are you getting?

My weight keeps melting off weekly. 6 lbs last week. I have now increased my protein intake to at least 200 grams a day.

You won't need that much but since I lift weight 4 times per week for 2 hrs a night, I need it. I'm building muscle as the weight comes off. I'm getting the bodybuilder look back again.

Upping your protein will do amazing things as far as keeping the scale going down. I don't really know how much protein would be right for you so ask your nut.

Just google 5 day pouch test.  There is a WLS website.  Just meant to refocus and realize the wonderful tool that we have.  Just 2 days liquids, 3 days intro back soft to reg protein.  Getting rid of all the carbs.  Detox

That happens to us all. But keep the faith that the scale will move again. Don't focus so much on just pounds remember the inches are coming off as well. I have lost 69 pounds since I started my journey on the second week of January. I feel I should be further ahead but I am not. But yet I am thankful for those pounds gone. Keep smiling and keep knowing your journey is still on the right path.
