I have been stuck at 330ish for about a month as well! Its time to start working harder for me! I managed to walk 8km and i was exhusted... the outcome i lost 2 pounds! URGGGG

Going to go see my surgeon today. Hopefully I am on the right track and he feels I am where I am suppose to be.I have only lost 69 pounds to date. But that all in itself I feel is a great accomplishment.Considering I have gone through many ups and downs during this journey and I got myself back on track a few weeks ago after I spoke to my nutritionist.Just looking forward to hearing some good news not anything that will make me stressed.
On the other hand I got something great to look forward to tonight. I am going on the Spirit of Boston Dinner Cruise with my fiance' and I have the day off from work. So regardless I will hopefully still be smiling

Congratulations on your weight loss. I hope you enjoy Korea you will have to post to let us know what it is like. Looking forward to seeing your new haircut pics. Wish you all the best and good luck with much more success.

THAT IS AWSOME!!!!!!! and how cool to be in another country I have never been outside the States or even out of California really except for a road trip to Elvis Presleys house when I was kid... lol anyway CONGRATS!!!!! your kickin butt GIRL!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!

Hey guys, well we are here in Korea. We move in our new house on Friday. It's right aoutside base. WE are staying in a great hotel. The advantages are that while you are a guest at the hotel you have free access to the gym and pool and everything else. Well I thought since everything has been so crazy with the move that I wouldn't be able to check on my weight until my scale gets here in September. Well the gym has one nad me being curious stepped on it and almost fainted. It read 198. I couldn't believe it. I really almost screamed. I also had to go shopping because everything was falling off of me. I looked like a saggy mess. I actually fit into a size 12!!!! I can't belive that one either. I still get that really full feeling and it really helps alot. I'm starting school again on Moday and plan to finish this time. I have't felt so positive in such a long time about my life. Right now I'm loving it. I recently got a new haircut I'll have to post the pics sometime soon. I'll chat at you guys soon. And it's been fun catching up on all the posts and you guys are looking GREAT!!!!!
