Shelba you are doing great.  Your DH will be so proud of you.

I am plugging along.  Losing much slower than you.  The bad thing about the band.  But some day I hope to catch you.  Onderland is getting so close.(209 here)  But I don't believe I will be seeing it any time soon.

Your not the only one.  I went thru periods where I too was so depressed and didn't think this was going to work.  But, I guess I'm lucky.  I haven't had any "known" sugar since surgery.  I did go on a vacation and had drinks.  I paid dearly for that.

What Mike says is true too.  You can't compare yourself to others (I know easier said than done.)  Also, people starting with a higher BMI would have an advantage in the weight loss journey.  The closer to your body's goal weight the harder it gets.  Hang in there and keep plugging along!

I had a fill last month at 4 mouths out and they called it my "6 month" and said I wouldn't have to see them for the real 6 month

Hello my fellow Febbers! It has been far too long since I have been on here, but reading all of your posts I am so happy for all of you! You are all doing wonderfully and I am so excited to see how all of us have progressed in such a short time! As for me, I have lost 138lbs so far. I am at 205 now and CANNOT WAIT to see that 199! I am down to a size 15 from a size 30/32 starting out. I feel wonderful, haven't had any issues or problems arise which is great. I am working out everday and feel better than I have in years. My husband still hasn't seen me yet, but will be coming home from Iraq on his R&R here in a few weeks. I am nervous and excited to see his reaction, I just hope he is happy with how I look now! Well ladies and gents, I hope everything is well for all of you! Continue to succeed and work hard!!
