We all know this isn't a competition... but when we're not losing like others are we begin to wonder about things....
Do you measure yourself? I started measuring myself from my first vist with my surgen... and THATS what is amazing.
I only measure on Monday mornings... and even if the scale may not move like I would like... the inches are coming off.

HOT HOT HOT!!! It is frustrating when it slows down, but slow and steady at this time post op is a good plan. Less likely to have regain after goal! You look amazing! And no more "over blouse!"

I have one of these boxes. It is big and has 4 compartment for each of the 7 dyas a week. I can see if I haven't taken something during the day. Most days I get it cleaned out. I keep it by the coffee pot, which is next to the sink. That way I see it every time I take a drink.
