I can't just leave things be so I've discovered mixing things up with both diet and execise helps with my stalls. Now if only I could average more than a pound or two a week.

Ironically, the little or no carbs except from produce is what I prefer most of the time. Carbs cause cravings for me and make me want to graze. I have to view them almost like medicint.

I'm "carb sensitive" and desparately fear scarfing down a box of crackers or a pound bag of pretzels. I go for higher fiber, low digestable carbs like Dreamfields pasta, 41g carbs but only 5 net carbs. Also low carb flat breads, pita, or tortillas.
I've tried fat free pretzels and also 100 cal snacks but I'm just not diciplined enough to handle it. I skip most fruit (trigger food and sugars) and go for carbs from veg.

Just 1/2 oz nuts (or 100 cal pack) or 1/2 tsp olive oil halted my weight gains. Shocked the sh*t outta me!!! lol

You might like this option. A less strict version of the ketosis diet I boosted from a friend's profile. Similar to the 1970's Stillman diet, one of the first well known low carbers. I'm strting this next week.
PLATEAU BUSTERS DIET #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 50 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day.
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5X’s a day Beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened
beans/legumes
peanut butter (the original doesn’t say...but I would limit this to once a day....also I would only do one serving size, NOT 3 oz. )
You may also have : sugar free popcicles
tea or coffee
sugar free jello
broths/ boullion
crystal light drinks
#5 - If it is not on the list, you can’t have it for 10 days !!!
