Topic: RE: Any Stallers out there?
I'm one of the stall queens! LOL..... I've lost 52 lbs in 5 months.... that's it. My shortest stall was 1 1/2 weeks and the longest was 5 weeks. I'm one week into a stall right now :(

Topic: RE: My Stall Has Broken!!!

Nice job on breaking the stall (before it broke you!).  I feel very fortunate. My plan/Doc/Nut do not rule out carbs (good stuff) or good fats. I can eat bread products as I can tolerate. I do whole grains/low calorie. I don't want balled up Wonderbread glued inside my pouch.  The only NO NO is pasta and rice. More so because of the characteristics and how it will "sit" or "slide" through my pouch.
I do carbs. I do fruits, veggies, etc. I do cream cheese with bagels (small bits of bagels). I can't imagine a life without carbs. I guess if I could, then I would have been more successful on Atkins 20 yrs. ago!

All in all - I'm doing really well. I can't wait till the 9th of Aug. to take my 6 month pics.  I'm down over 100 pounds, and feeling pretty good! Loving my workouts (go figure), and creating wonderful dishes that I can eat and also will satisfy my family....

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I'm moving in about 2 weeks or so to Korea. My husband is in the army and we are being stationed in South Korea. We will be in Yongsan which is in Seoul. There are 11 million people in Seoul and I've heard driving there is madness so I'm actually at a good point in my life ( alot healthier) since I will be walking alot.  I will post pics as much as I can. I'm excited and nervous at the same time but so ready to travel. We plan to go to Russia, Japan, and Australia while we are over there. That will be very exciting. We traveled alot when we were stationed in Germany but because of my weight I was also very tired alot and had to keep stopping alot. So wish well and keep us in your prayers that north korea calms down. and nothing happens while we are over there. Love you guys and I will keep in touch.

Well yesterday I went to Hershey park with my family and my son's friend. Well I walked the whole park and also went on some crazy loopy roller coaster and FIT in the seat. I didn't even get sick either. My flight to Korea should be easy. Well everyone enjoy this new life and keep up all the hard work!!

Thank you, everyone! I knew stalls were going to happen, it is just always good to know I am not alone during them. It is always just too discouraging to go through them alone!

Thank you for all being there along with me!
