Tonight I ate a grilled turkey burger patty that had been seasoned w/ cajun seasoning.  I topped it w/ black beans and salsa.  I eat a lot of leftover pieces of various meats topped w/ black beans and salsa for my lunches.  I also love taco salads made w/ ground turkey that is seasoned w/ taco seasoning.

I posted my recent challenges on the Lap Band Forum last week. Had a struggle with some old habits..I blame it on Disney World...no not really myself for not having greater control at Disney. Everything snowballed from there. You all know those well I will get back on track tomorrow we give ourselves. I thought those days were behind me. Just goes to show it is a never ending battle. Re -committed myself as well but fell again today...Gonna get it all out of my system and start fresh. I did not come this far since February only to screw it all up!  Funny thing though I am eating like crap I am still loosing inches somehow...not working out to much and let down my challenge partners only 60  minutes of the 1500 I pledged for July..Well I am going to take a good run at the number and hope to get there.

I know what you mean.  Thankfully there are protein bars.

I used seasoned veg for some variety.  Saute onion, shallots, garlic (one or all) in a tbsp olive oil or smart balance.  When tender add pack of veg (the fresh ready to microwave bag, any type).  Add dried seasonings of your choice and salt if desired and cook covered on low to desired tenderness.  I throw in thawed  frozen seafood sometimes and a little lemon or lime.

I also use walden farms sugar free/ calorie free sauces, dressings, dips and spreads and kikkoman aisan sauces for protein and veg.
