Tomorrow is my one year anniversary for my surgery.  I've lost about 120 but haven't reached my goal yet, not sure how long it will take.  Depression has been huge for me, which I'm sure effects my eating and exercising, which effects my weight.  I'm happy I did it.  There really aren't any foods/drinks that I miss... though I did dream about drinking soda pop once and woke up remembering I was thinking what am I doing drinking that?

Just wondering where everyone else is at....

120 in 1 year is pretty awesome. Would you have ever dreamed in loosing over 100 lbs in just 1 year before??

I did pretty good also, however I would still like to loose a little bit more to give me a window to play with for the off days.

I struggle a lot now with cravings and being able to eat more.  I do however exercise everyday and still keep track of my food on a daily basis through MFP. That is prob what has also helped me alot.
