Ready to get it over with

I was nervous, but now I absolutely cannot wait for my surgery date to be here (3/26). I just might go insane waiting on it. Approx 12 1/2 days after all these years of waiting and I can't stand it. Does everyone feel like this? I thought most people got nervous and had second thoughts......Wait I am having a second thought, maybe I should just show up at the hospital today and fight my way in LOL I wi**** worked like that.

No, don't do that...they will call the police and escort you to a cell, then they will give you a hearing date, you will have to get a lawyer, someone will have to bail you out, and then the court date they give you will probably be 12 1/2 days from now and they won't allow you to go to surgery. You will lose money, time and friends... Solution: Just hold tight and keep talking to us here on this site! I know what you mean. I've told my surgeon's patient care coordinator to let me know if they get a cancellation and I'd try to fill it. Problem is, I probably couldn't change my date because of my work anyway. Oh well Amber, it could be worse. You could be the caboose. T-18

Amber, I think we all are feeling it! I know I am having an awful time sleeping and staying asleep, It is like I have a million things on my mind, The house the laundry, The children, I'm just worried in general, I am one of thoes people that cant leave the house with dirty dishes in the sink! dont take me wrong , I am not a neat freak , but I do like my house in order, and it bothers me if its not! I have made a list of things I want done and I already warned my troops, if you see it , dont walk over it Pick it up! I dont wanna hear I didnt do it! My twins are famous for this! 9-days and a wake-up call for me

Mary come get my house in order.... Having problems staying focused. I am finally sleeping for longer periods of time. Testing out the new recliner. Got liquids in the fridge, protein in the cabinet, dong laundry..but that will probably be it. haha

I found out at 10:30 at night when I was approved... and I told the coordinator I was on my way to the hopsital to meet the surgeon she said NO he went home So I think it's a good sign to be so anxious and not everyone gets nervous and scared.. Although that doesn't mean those feelings won't weasel their way in between now and then...
