Cheese omelet for breakfast

Yum! Real food! Funny story about it though. My DH makes great omelets and it is sort of a Saturday tradition at our house. He actually asked me whether I wanted a 2 egg omelet or 3 egg omelet! I just looked at him and we both cracked up! (I ate 1/2 of my 1-egg omelet) I guess that means things are seeming normal! Joy

How was it? I'll bet it was the best 1/2 egg omelet (if not the only 1/2 egg omelet) you've ever had!

That sure sounds good to me, my doctor's office told me I could only have egg white omelets for awhile...yuck!
