I think your doctor will tell you what to take won't he after surgery? I have been taking their vitamins they supply once a day for the last month...I don't know if I will be upping the dosage to 2 after surgery or what, but this is what it consists of: (amount per tablet) 7500 IU Vit A 120 mg Vit C 200 IU Vit D3 30 IU Vit E 6 mg Vit B1 3.4 mg Vit B2 50 mg Niacin 4 mg Vit B6 800mcg Folic Acid 100mcg Vit B12 300mcg Biotin 10 mg Pantotheric Acid 100 mg Calcium 50 mg Magnesium 15 mg Zinc 100mcg Selinium 1 mg Copper 2 mg Manganese 100mcg Chromium 75mcg Molybdenum 2.35 mg Choline plus extra chewable calcium/magnesium: with Vit D3, and K. They had me stop the Calcium now 3 days pre-op because of constipation. Hope that helps.
