Jewell Munn is gone . . .

This is Pat Munn, Jewell's husband, posting. Earlier Scott, one of my sons, posted a message about Jewell's complications after her bypass surgery. I regret to have to tell all of you that about 1:30 AM EST this morning, Sunday March 14th, Jewell died in the ICU when her blood pressure dropped drastically and her heart functions failed. Jewell was very positive in her outlook on this surgery, and I know she would not want what happened to dissuade any of you from pressing on and achieving the results and subsequent improved quality of life that you are seeking. I appreciate the support all of you gave Jewell when she was preparing for her procedure. She read me all your posts and e-mails, and had a wonderful time visiting with you. Please include Jewell and my three adult sons--Scott, Andy and Michael--in your prayers. You have our sincere best wishes as you continue to pursue the goals each of you has set--don't give up; Jewell never did. Pat Munn Atlanta

I am so sorry to hear of Jewell's passing. I did not know Jewell but many of us on this website feel as though we are family. I certainly do. You are all most certainly in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and bless you all. Rob
