To the Munn Family: It is with a heavy heart that I've read that Jewell has passed. You have my deepest, heart-felt condolences on your loss. It is heart breaking to hear of one so full of life being snatched away so suddenly, and there are no words that I can give you to truly comfort you at this time. I can only offer you many, many prayers. That God, in His infinite wisdom, has taken your beloved wife and mother at this time is not only painful but bewildering, and the times ahead will be difficult for you all. Stay strong and cling to one another. Keep your faith strong and know that you are all being remembered in thousands of prayers. I send love, positive energy, and loves healing power to you, and will continue to keep your entire family in my prayers. God Bless! Rita

Hello all, We are sick with grief and we thank you all for your kind words, thoughts, prayers and love. Please keep praying, especially for my Father. My DaD, brothers, & a couple of friends will have a private memorial service tonight with a Minister that my MoM loved dearly. He will come to our house and we will have a service in my MoM's living room (the nice one where we kept it clean, and had christmas, and is decorated only by her, and is all peach, and her "girl" room in a house full of men). We love her and miss her with all of our hearts. Rather than an address for you to send flowers and cards to, I think we would prefer and know that our MoM, Jewell Munn, would have preferred that you make a donation in her name to your local church or synagoge, The American Diabetes Association or The American Heart Association. Also, the greatest gift that you could give my family AND YOURS is to get all of the information from your doctor and other resources, make sure this is the decision that YOU need to make, LOVE your family, and if this surgery is what your heart and mind tells you that YOU must do -then DO IT and NEVER LOOK BACK (you're not going that way anymore). My MoM discovered, researched, cross-referenced, chatted on here, went to seminars, talked with my DaD, talked to us, talked with the doctors, thought, prayed, made lists, took "before" pictures, had special talks with my brothers, my DaD, and her sister, and God knows what else preparing for this surgery. She was READY for her journey. You can do this, too. My Mother was so brave and tough, but she keeps "telling me" that it was "just her time to go" and that she is with God now. ...YOU will be in a kind of new "Heaven on Earth" WHEN YOU MAKE IT through this (which 98-99% of you WILL!!!) and you will be in HEAVEN if, for some odd reason, you do not. Either way, you will be in peace. Thank you all again. SAFE TRAVELS, Love, Love, Love, Love, -Scott Munn for Andy Munn for Mikey Munn for my beloved DaD, Pat Munn and for our beautiful Momma, JEWELL MUNN God rest her soul.
