Im taking Gas-X those seem to work really well. I called my doctor tonight at home and asked him about doing the Milk of Magnesia thing maybe if I had a bowl movement I could get rid of the gas and he said that was fine. So tomorrow I'm gonna do that first thing in the morning since I cant really seem to sleep past 6 in the morning even if I wake up with gas at 4 and stay awake for an hour and fall back to sleep I'm still up at 6. The gas has been the biggest problem for me and he said that it was common and he was glad to hear what I was doing to work through it like I walked to the end of my block today!! Hope one Of my suggestions works for you! ~Nicole
