Back from Post-op

Hi Marchers!! Thank you for the encouragement to my last post regarding today's appt! I went there and according to their scale I lost 26 lbs but she told me to go with the 28 because he scale usually says a couple pounds more. WOOHOO... I went down 4 points in my BMI and she said average weight loss is 8-10% of body fat and I lost over 11! She said I was doing great. God is Good!!!! Thank you so much for all your encouragement. I go back in 2 weeks and hopefully I will still be ahead of the game.
