Hi Marchers, I am feeling better....

Hello Marchers I am having surgery on Friday, 03/19/04, I met with my surgeon today, and he answered all of my questions, I am feeling a lot better, I wish I could have felt this better a few weeks ago, the surgeon is going to bypass 2.5 feet, does this mean that I will receive more nutrients? Please explain if you know. Thanks Tori

Tori, I'm so glad you are more at peace about this. It does help to have that one on one with the doc! You will get more nutrients than you would if he bypassed more of your intestines. Obviously not as much as you get now. Hang in there. You will do fine! Joy -19 lbs / 16 days
