I'm home and very sore, surgery took twice as long as expected - dr said it's because I'm short and carry all my weight in the middle - lots more fat to have to sift through. IDI Bitty isn't allowing much in right now, but that's ok - not hungry - just feel like it would help if I ciuld let loose with some gas. I's all coming out in burps and that hurts. Oh weell - not worried. The long term resuls will be worth the pain. Gonna go back to my lazyboy now. mgm & IDI Bitty

AW-RIGHT, Marla! Welcome home!! Hey, I know it's not comfortable to do so, but the BEST thing you can do is walk. Then walk some more. Then walk again. Eventually you'll walk upright like a REAL **** sapien, but the walking REALLY takes care of a LOT of woes. I'd've never 'thunk' it, but wowzer, did it EVER help me. I was actually pacing my floors, and although annoying, I was much better (and I now know where I missed all the cobwebs from my pre-op clean-a-thon!). Hang in there. And walk. You'll be doing the happy dance so soon!! Kimmer Queen of the Niners, Instigator to All Marchers, High Priestess of Giggles

Welcome home to you and the new little one. I see others are prodding you to walk, so I won't nag, much. (It is the only way that gas goes away.) Gano
