After getting off the phone with Whitney at around 6:45pm central time, and her telling me that Virgina still had not had anything to eat since 1:30 this afternoon I decided to take matters into my own hands, I went to the store and picked up a few things she could eat and drink and headed to the hospital without an invitation... (sometimes we angels have to take matters into our own wings) sooo..... Well I just got back from the hospital... They still have her in the emergency room... she's in a bed, but it's very uncomfortable... They finally got her some chicken noodle soup (it only took and hour and 45 mins) but she really tore into the yogurt I took her, and I took her some sf jello, some diet v-8 splash, and some cold water... I think she was really happy to see me and get something into Taz... My pulmonoligist came to see her while I was there and he explained the proceedure that he's going to do to her to remove the fluid... (it's not actually in the lung itself, but in the cavity surrounding the lung and diaphram) he said that her diaphram is irritated (probably from WLS) they are going to do the proceedure between 10 & 11 in the morning... They told her she'll be in room 629 in the hosptial whenever they get around to actually moving her.. the number to the hospital is 405-636-7000... I think her spirits are lifted, and I think she's going to get some releif tomorrow morning... keep up the prayers... Well thank you everyone for your kind words about my angelling skills, but I didn't really do anything that any one of you wouldn't have done had you been in the same situation... Whitney and I are a very good angel tag team... It was her call to me about VA, that set the wheels in motion... So she's a great angel too... I'd venture to say all of us are great angels!!!
