Okey-dokey. Looks like my staff is kickin' butt. Here's the 'chat' from my Man Servant's surgeons at "Affordable Bariatrics", straight from Bogota, Columbia: Agent: Hi you: Hi! My name is Kim, I'm checking on Gary Zeeb who had his WLS today... you: My address is [email protected] - I'm from his support group at Obesity Help.com... Agent: okey, let me inform you that he had surgery this morning and he was out at noon. He spend some time at the recovery room but i sback now resting in his private room. you: GREAT!! No complications, everything went alright? Agent: The surgery went well , as planned, a little difficult the initial part of the surgery due to his previous abdominal surgery and consequent mesh but the rest was just as planned. Agent: Yes everything went alright. He has a little pain, as can be expected, but is fully awake and as we speak is being checked by Dr. Mikler and Dr. Silva. you: Fantastic! I'll report the great news to our other "Marchers" (those of us having March WLS). If you could relay a message that we're all praying for him, we love him and I'll be keeping in touch... Agent: He has been with an excellent attitude, he says he feels at home, his pre op tests all went wel including the endoscopy you: I'm so pleased. The Marchers will be thrilled to hear the great update. We're a pretty tight group, ya know...we're all going thru this at the same time. Agent: We have been in touch with his wife, all day and have kept her informed. Agent: I will pass him your message. Agent: We understand your quest, in fact that is our reason why. Your health is our only business. you: You are the best. NOW I know why you are all so highly recommended!! =) I'll check in again tomorrow. Thanks so much for your assistance...'til tomorrow!! Agent: Please tell all his friends that he is doing well, a little tired and with a little pain, but we will take good care of him. Agent: Okey have a good night. you: Yup...we were all a little tired and sore, but most of us are up and at 'em again. This is truly a miraculous surgery. Thanx again...g'nite!! Agent: Take good care. So that's it, straight from "Agent"'s fingers to our board! Cool way to keep in touch, eh? Looks like our guy is gonna do alright. Wonder what kind of souveniers he's gonna bring us... Kimmer Queen of the Niners, Instigator to All Marchers, High Priestess of Giggles

This is wonderful news kimmer, thoes Colombiano's got it going on!!! They are so wonderful especially all the nurses. hey they have to do a wonderful job, when Gary gets back home and is all safe n healed he will be their biggest walking recomendation for their center....their is a method to their madness ...but they truly are such a caring culture! like I said i know this first hand, My first Husband was colombian, he was an @ss, and a compulsive cheeter, but all the woman in his family treated me and my twin girls with such love n compassion, since the day they were born! They live in a very special kind of culture! Give Gary my best! Hugz mary
