Size of pills

I was just reading in another thread about the size of pills we can take. You wouldn't believe the size of my actigall I take, it's huge. And then I thought to prevent hair loss I should take zinc, that pill isn't really tiny either. It doesn't seem to hurt anything when I take them, but I don't want to hurt BBnMe in the long run. Any ideas? Betty

I bought a pill cutter. they should be smaller around than an m and m... so my dr says. Then my dr wants us to only take one of the pieces 5 minutes apart.

I have heard the "rule" is no bigger than an M&M..... So get out your hammer.....
