Is it just me?
Joy,
I'm so glad you asked that question. I'm usually multi-tasking all over the place, have a hundred things going on and handle all of them very well. I'm lucky if I can do one thing and see it through to completion these days. My only goal for myself during my time at home was to get the backyard cleaned up and ready for summer. My niece and nephew came over and did the hard work for me. All I had to do was pot some plants, turn on the water fountains, finish a glass mosaic on the table top. Really only about a day's work when I was pre-op. All I got done was potting the plants and I barely finished that last night.
I start back at work tomorrow and I HAVE to be sharp. A screw up on my part could cost big money for tax payers. I'm a little worried.

I have some of the same thing. I'm wondering if it's hormonal. I felt a lot like this when I was pregnant and, especially nursing. I'm in the middle of a major undertaking forming a new company -- no choice there as the market for my current company is fast disappearing, gotta move if I want to save our employees and myself -- and it's painful. I can't tell you how awful the trade show I just had to do was (at less than 4 weeks post op, yech). I was either flat on my back or faking it in some meeting. I also notice it in the day-to-day. I almost drove into a pole the other day, so I'm really cutting back on everything and, if I'm tired, I just don't attempt anything other than the tube.
If it's like the other symptoms it will disappear. You might want to ask your doctor if a blood test is warranted. After all, we're all at risk for anemia, low potassium and other things like that which drag a person out.
