TO ROB G. AND TRISH ROSSI
Thank Rob! It's ME! It's ME!!!
We are bringing up the rear of MARCH!!
Whoo hooo! What is everyone doing to get ready?
I stocked up on all the water (propel, crystal light, aquafina, jello, broth) I will need for the next two weeks.
Packing my bags. Eating light. Jumping up and down with joy and informing my husband of the hours left until surgery until he gets sick of me and tells me to shut up.
We are leaving for DC Tuesday night and will have a "date" in the city before hitting the hospital at 0545!!!
Good luck everyone!

Us too. Kat (my girlfriend) and I are leaving at 1:00 for Seattle on Tuesday. Going for some EARLY fine dining then seeing Andrew Lloyd Weber's "Starlight Express". Staying at a hotel by the hospital.
I think I'm going to be first surgery which is 7:45 so I'll have to be there at 5:45 too (however I'm 3 hours later than you). They won't let me know my time for sure until the afternoon before (kind of a screwy system).
I've got most of what I need. I still need to get a pear of easy to slip on slippers and I need a new thermometer for home.
Other than that I think I'm set. If I need something at home that I didn't think of, my 17 year old is on Spring Break the 1st week I'm home so he'll make runs to the store if need be.
Other than that, I'm trying to stay calm (but secretly I'm VERY EXCITED).
Caboose,
T-2
