March is almost over

Incredible as it might seem, March is almost over....almost every single day of this month, we had someone having surgery, coming home, getting approved, having a setback, postponing surgery, coming to grips with life and problems and sharing thoughts. It has been eventful, to say the least. I for one, am glad I am now through with this phase and can move on to the rest of my life. I want to wish all of you the best of luck and good health and hope your wishes, dreams and expectations come true for you. I am returning to work tomorrow, and reality will be setting in, and I know what I must do and hope to be strong and healthy and slim in the remaining years of my life. If I am not posting often, I will still be around, lurking here and there....and wish all of you end-of-the-monthers all the best....it has been so hard on you to have to wait and wait and wait. Especially our Caboose Rob, who has been so supportive. We all have the March surgeries in common and hope to see great "reunion" posts each March.... I will be mainly hanging with my "age peers" over on the "over 50 forum" where I really have found my home to be, but just wanted to say that I appreciate the help and support I found here.

A new chapter! Ain't life Grand? I'm sure we'll see you here some more Sally. Also, I'm only a few months away from the over 50 board too. Shalom and thanks for the kind words. Caboose T-2

Sally, you are such a wonderful person and an inspiration. I know we will see you around but will miss you for not being around as *much* but of course it is understandable. We love you, though!!! I wish you luck, too, Sally. It is has been both fun and interesting to read your contributions. As for you, work is picking up for me and then I'm going on my long-awaited vacation for a week. You've all been fine people to share this part of the journey with and you may have saved me something much more serious when I was getting pneumonia and hiding my head in the sand. I'm sure there will be more challenges in the coming months and will also stop in when I can to compare notes.
