How long is everyone waiting before sex??? I am going Monday to have an IUD put in cuz i don't want to get a bun in the oven. LOL But still i am not sure if it is ok to have sex yet. SO what do you guys think? (leave it to me to be the resident pervert of the crowd!!)

I was able to leave the hubby alone for 6 days, 5 of which I spent in the hospital sleeping alone

I didn't have much pain so for me it was O.K. Gayle

I had sex 4 days after coming home! I called the doctor and he said "well we didnt do anything down there and as long as you are careful and you feel ready" Oh I was ready! I used pillows to prop myself up(hands and knees) and told the hubby to be gentle. I have been steady at 3 times a week since then! LOL ~Nicole

I had surgery a day after you and I made poor DH wait 3 weeks....I was just worried about my incision....it had been doing so well I just didn't want it to open. I've lost 46 lbs and boy did that make a difference, I truly think once I get off 100 lbs, I might just kill the old guy.....lol Rachel

I vaguely recall that word from somewhere... OH YES I remember what it means... Havent wanted any since surgery - I hear that at about 6 weeks out if it hasnt hit yet, a wave of amore will hit. My husband is anxiously waiting. I could care less right now. -Sherrie
