Calories everyone?
I was worried at first too, but I realized that I'm losing with that as well. And heck - since when does ANYONE go on a 800 calorie a day diet and not lose?
If left to my own devices I'm sure I could eat over 1000 a day, but by making better food choices most of the time, I'm keeping it between 600-700 and always looking at 500 as the ideal.
Thankfully now that I've hit a month out I'm finding I have days I'm not hungry (yeah! The ravenous hunger is starting to abate!) and I don't eat that much, so if I have a high calorie day one day, I make up for it the next. As long as I don't get weak and feel miserable!

I have been having around 300 calories per day. I am two weeks out. However I am not hungry yet and still have no desire to eat so I am taking advatage of it while I can. My Dr. and nutritionist are not pushing me to get any specific amount of protine in and they do not want me doing protine drinks because of the calories. Everyones program seems to be different.
