Hi guys. Hope life is good in your neck of the woods. I am stuck inside and it is beautiful outside. I wanna go play. But they wont let us have recess today. Darn it. Any-who. I hate to cook. I mean I really hate to cook. I would have starved back in the pre-microwave days(then I would have been too skinny-I do everything to extremes). So I have been looking for easy stuff to eat that is on my plan. I have fell in love with Tyson. I had posted before about the roasted chicken breast. It is yummy. I got the Tyson Beef sirloin roast last night. Can you say mmmmmmmm!?! One is like 4 bucks and it is 7 meals for me. I also found some bottled drinks. Minute Maid Light. I got the raspberry flavor and it is sosososososo good. 5 cals a serving, no sugar or carbs. I got all this at Walmart. I also like to make Wanna be ham sandwhiches. I take a slice of low-fat ham and I put a slice of cheese on it and then put another ham slice on top. Microwave and add a dab of light mayo. Roll up and enjoy. See I'm not such a bad cook after all. Let me know if you have any quick ideas. LaDonna -43-I broke my plateau. GO ME> SHAKE MY BON-BON!!!!!!!!!

I've been doing the ham roll up thing, too! I'm a stay at home mom, so I don't get a chance to really eat a "meal" during the day. I grab and run, mostly, but I read on the main message board about pork rinds being high in protein and no carbs and low fat, so I've been snacking on pork rinds w/ cream cheese (light) mixed w/ chunky salsa. It's yummy. I'm getting a bit burned out on the pork rinds, though. I found some Low Carb torillas - I may make a "wrap" for my dinner - cream cheese/salsa spread on torilla and a slice of ham, roll and eat. Sounds kind of yummy. Also - for future reference, the Hormel meatloaf (ready to eat) found in your grocery store by the meats is really, really good. Just pop it in the microwave and enjoy. It's almost as good as my homemade meatloaf is and it's NO trouble at all!! Have a great weekend, y'all! -Wendy

Is Minute Maid Light better than Crystial light? I hate aftertaste.

I'm not sure about the nutritional part, but the Minute Maid Light sure tastes better! I usually only have a few sips, so I'm not changing gears now The turkey pastrami sounds really yummy! Karla 215/183/130?

Try turkey pastrimi rolled up with swiss cheese. Melt then dip in thousand island dressing for a high protein bread-less REUBEN. Robin Down 38
