Anyone else need a nap?
I have felt so so good lately. I can stay up to 11 on still make it thru the day with energy to spare. Pre-op if I didnt get 11hrs of sleep I was not any good. But for the last few days I am exhausted after work. I havent bee working hard or anything different but I would go to bed at 7 everynight if I could. Have you guys heard of this before. I could see if I was still tired from surgery but I was fine better than fine for almost a month. Thanks for the help. You are the best bunch.

(2 more to go!!!!!!!!)
I just woke up from one. Yeah, I totally hear you. Hopefully this phase will not last. I want to go back to having lots of energy to spare too. OF course, this might have to do with the fact that its been like 102 degrees here the past few days or that my first graders have been having the spring crazies. Who knows...lol

LaDonna, I find that when I really kick butt with my exercise, I am much more energetic for the rest of the day. If I slack, I get sluggish. Check in with your exercise, try an experiment. Give yourself a good workout one day, as early as possible as you can during the day, and see what that does for you for the rest of the day. I admit, I fell very weak today, and all I want to do is sleep. But I'm not sleeping well anyway, and I did not work out yesterday. It's a theory. Best, Maureen
LaDonna,
I have had much energy to psare in the earlier 6 weeks, but these past 2 weeks I have been more tired. When I went tothe Dr at 6 weeks out he asked if the fatigue had hit yet? Which it had not, and he said "its coming I would almost gaurantee it". Well.....It came, so I have committed to taking a 1 hour nap at 1pm. Except on the weekends when my kids are home from school (I do not work out of the house) I find if I do that I feel much better and everyone is just happier because Mom is happier. Maybe you will have to throw in a nap during your day. It has made all the difference for me. I do find that my exercise regimine helps give me energy too, it gives me the energy to get thru my tasks, but nothing makes me feel better and healthier than a little nap, and for now its what my body needs so I just do it.
