I have been on a plateau for about a month now...including today the scale still hasnt moved....but guess what....being the brave soul that I am, I drugged out my small jeans that havent fit me in a VERY long time( size 16) , matter of fact I tried on one pair last week and could not get them buttoned. WELP......today they all fit are are even alittle lose in my legs...go figure I am SOOOOO THRILLED!!!!! Its funny the scale is not moving but Im definatly loosing. Think Ill have a piece of watermellon to celebrate

Congrats! When you are on a plateau, alot of the time it's just your body readjusting and you are still losing inches. You are in real sizes now - that's great!! Can't wait to wear a real size!! mgm -40
