Spoke with the DR. several times about my 5 week plateau and he told me that I was doing things wrong. Finally called the nutritionist and she said she believed I was doing things correctly but that my body was in starvation mode because I wasn't eating enough. She said that I had to add 2 protein shakes to my day plus I must continue to eat. Have done that for a week and have lost 6 pounds. I am glad to finally see thae scale move again. Since surgery I am down 23 pounds. 33 since Jan 5, my husbands surgery date. Not big numbers but after not losing since the second week I will take anything. Slow losing is better than no losing. Thanks for always being there.............

I am in the same boat two weeks and no lost but I am hopeing that it will change soon its will hard think that i might not lose any more that maybe its not going to work for me so maybe i will try the protein drinks just that my Dr. dont like them and thinks that you sured get it from the food you eat and that your body will to it in time. What do you think ????

hi marcy--i know how you feel--i am down 29 pounds but have not lost an ounce in 2 weeks--it is a little discouraging--i am getting all my protein and following everything else--i will be happy to see 1 pound down--hope your losing streak continues and hope mine starts again soon--best wishes!
