Bye-Bye 400's

Last week I officially said good bye to the 400's forever. I'm now 396 . That's 59 pounds since surgery.

Oh, JOANN!!! I am almost in tears!!! I KNOW how happy and excited you are...I said goodbye to the 4's a month or so ago and it's a wonderful feeling. Hugs, hugs and more hugs.

Hey Joanne! I was feeling sorry for myself since I havent lost an ounce in nearly 2 weeks... I said bye bye to the 300'sa few weeks ago and never looked at it a FANTASTIC MILSTONE..... thanks for putting prespective on it... Andie

CONGRATS! My surgery was 2/18/04 and I started at 422. 3 months later I am now at 345. I know how you feel! It was amazing to leave the 400's! I can't wait to leave the 300s!
