What did you eat today?
I've seen this posted several times on the main message board, and since you all were so kind to respond to my "vomiting" post, I thought I'd try it. I'd love to hear what everyone's eating since we're all withing a month of each other on this adventure.
Pre-breakfast: Protein shake (35g prot.)
Breakfast: 1/3 of breakfast smoothie from Sonic (I know this is terrible. This is the first & last time I did this. Why did I ask this question today?)
Lunch: Mozzarella stick (1) I also tried a few bites of some frozen Cajun blackened fish, but it tasted terrible, so I threw it away.
Snack: Bryers No Sugar Added Butter Pecan Ice cream (1/2 cup-yummy)
Supper:????? I'm getting sick of cheese which seems to be the only protein I can consistently tolerate.

Carla, I don't monitor my intake but here's what I've had today:
Pre-Breakfast: 1/2 C. 1% milk with 1/2 C. LF carb countdown and 1 scoop protein powder (17 G protein)
Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg w/1 oz. LF cheddar cheese, melted (14 G protein)
Lunch: 1 C. chili beans w/1 oz. LF cheddar cheese, melted (I think around 12 G protein)
Dinner: 2 small turkey meatballs in 1/4 C sauce (? Protein)
That's all. Looks like I'm not getting my protein in! Thanks for asking the question! Maureen
I hate answering these questions, because it really shows had bad I'm still doing at fighting my food demons. However, I'm willing to be accountable, so here goes.
Bfast - CIB w/ High Protein Milk
Lunch - 1/2 portion of Fish Almadine and about an ounce of broc/rice casserole
Snack - 1/3 of a bag (snack bag) of Mini-Oreo's (UH-OH!!)
Dinner - Frito Pie - Wolf brand chili (lean meat - 98% FF) w/ cheese and fritos
Night time snack - Skinny Cow - S'more Ice Cream Sandwich (YUM!)
Not great, I know. I'm on my period, so those Oreo's were almost a neccessity!

Breakfast Protein bar-19 gr protein
Lunch- LF cheese and pepperoni (just a few)
Snack-Shake 17 gr. peanuts 7 gr protein
Supper- roast (very small amount) 1/2 potato, carrots
Snack-can chicken with mayo 27 gr protein, animal cookies (oh-no)

Breakfast: Choc Peanutbutter protein shake (40g protein)
Lunch: Chile Verde w/ shredded lettuce and beans
Snack: Protein bar (12g protein)
Dinner: Hot and spicy shrimp and egg drop soup.
I actually did ok today. I didn't drink as much water as I set out to, but all in all I'm satisfied. I also spent an hour at the gym this morning

Paola~ I lick the peanut butter off the spoon. Does that count??? I add a tbs of p'butter to my chocolate ProRated powder and mix in nonfat milk. Nothing like a high protein chocolate peanut butter shake for breakfast
I have also become addicted to the Nectar protein Roadside lemonade. Mixed in water it tastes like Crystal Light and has 22g of protein.

It is very interesting and informative to read what others are eating. So I appreciate your question very much.
Some days I eat more and some days less.
This is what I had yesterday.
Breakfast - coffee, then protidiet drink - 15g protein
Lunch - LIght n Fit yogurt - 7g protein
Dinner - boneless pork chop 3 oz. and about 8 fresh green beans
snack - about 6 sugar free lifesaver candies.
