What did you eat today?
BREAKFAST: blueberries and strawberries and watermelon and 2 small lean turkey sausage links (sausage took awhile to eat)
SNACK: sipped on my protein drink (40 grms)
LUNCH: 1/2 cup salad containing: 1 tbsp red kidney beans, 1 tbsp shredded cheddar, 1 tbsp turkey cubes, 5 spinach leaves, 1 cucumber slice and one teaspoon of ranch dressing:very yummy and the beans and turkey and cheese give you that good protein!
SNACK: sipped on my protein drink
DINNER: 2 chicken nuggets, yummy yummy protein bar-it had peanuts and everything they are called slimwhey bars and have 9 grams of protein and are sooo good. I had the peanut caramel chocolate bar. Oh heaven.
SNACK: pumpkin seeds (my weakness now) and sipped on my protein drink. need to get more protein bars for the snack times. I love reading what people eat. Gives me ideas

Great question - it's nice to be able to compare notes. I know the last few days I've been bad about getting my protein in. In my defense, the protein drinks I have on order have been delayed so I'm out! Here is what I've had today....
Weigh****chers Smart Ones Creamy Chicken Tuscan 22 gr protein (only 200 calories!) I ate the whole thing (remember my huge pouch?)
1 small fuji apple
1 large orange
@1 cup sunflower seeds with shells (7-10 gr protein)
3 Viactiv Calcium chews (4 grams carbs each)
2 Vitamin chews (same - 4 grams carbs each)
6 oz. Carb Countdown Chocolate milk (10 grams protein)
1 large Propel water (30 calories)
All that ends up being around 790 calories for the day, can you believe it? It sounds like such a high calorie count, but then I have to remind myself that ::sheesh:: This is NOTHING compared to what I would eat in 1 meal before!

Dinner: Chicken Stirfry (no rice)
Snack: SF pop
Today
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: tomatoes and cucumbers, garbanzo beans, and gouda cheese maranated in homemade italian dressing made with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinager.
One day last week I had a SF Chocolate Eskimo icecream bar sliced in a dish with a 1/2 a banana- what a treat - just like a banana split!

LUNCH - 1/2 BOCA - MEATLESS BURGER (SOY ) 3 CARBS AND 6.5 PROTIEN AND 1/4 CUP OF BAKED BEANS - 12 CARBS AND 3 GRAMS OF PROTIEN
SNACK - 12 OZ. CARB COUNTDOWN MILK W/ 1 SCOOP OF ISOPURE. 4.5 CARBS AND 18 PROTIEN IN MILK AND 25 CARBS IN ISOPURE
( I SIPPED THIS ALL EVENING. )
SUPPER - SAME AS LUNCH . I LOVE THIS "HAMBURGER" PATTY !!

I havent done well today. But here it goes...

breakfast-protein drink
lunch- 1/4 of the meat from an italian cold cut sub. I guess equalivent to 1 pc ham, 1 pc salami, and 1 pc cheese. Then I puked it all up. Dont know why, I chewed really well, it wasn't really that much at all and I had the same thing yesterday for dinner with no problem. Go figure.
snack-1 pretzel (bad I know)
snack again- 8 grapes
dinner- 2oz boneless lean pork chop, 1tbs of wild rice and a green bean. I dont like beans. lol
I didn't do well with my water today. I am going to go drink more. And have another shake before I go to bed.
