What did you eat today?
B 1/2 a cin raisan muffin w/spray butter and 1/2 teaspoon of p.butter
S 1/4 c low fat cheese chex mix
L 1 in. of a deli stix 10 Almonds 15 Peanuts
S a donut hole! BAD! (My first sweet thing sence surg.)
D 1/2 c of tuna helper...tried to eat mostly the tuna and a few noodles (Parmasian tuna helper is REALLY YUMMY! And I don't like tuna!)
S 1/4 c of a sugar free jello and about a tbs sunfloor seeds
Went swimming laps for 45 min
and went shopping just to get out and walk around!
accidently tried on a med shirt and oopps it fit!!!!!!!!!!!
I know Ive been complaining about this damn plateau...finally lost 4 more lbs (in 6 weeks!
)but I've decided I don't care how tired I am Im getting my butt off the couch and exercizing every day. (im only on day 3~ but I can do it!!!) Get this while shopping I was asked out twice!!! And the guy I've been crushing on for monthes called and asked me out for tomarrow!!! -42lbs (177 size 14)
*to the person that posted about getting sick off the same amt of something she ate yesterday....I've noticed that if I eat things twice w/in 24 hours I will get sick the second time!

Lets see yesterday I ate...
B: 1/2 cup cereal with 8oz milk (18g. protein)
snack: protein bar (12 gr. protein)
L: 1 piece of fish (12gr. protein)
snack: protein bar (12 gr protein)
dinner: protein bar (24gr.)
Last night was the fun fair so I coudln't EAT anything there so I just ran to my room and grabbed another protein bar (UGH)!
snack about 6 grapes
SO that makes about 78 grams of protein and I had 32oz of water and 32 oz. carb options iced tea and 1/2 cup of watery juice
