Thanks everyone for the support! It is great to see the changes happening. Last night I had on a pair of shorts that where way too tight last summer. I walked across the kitchen and they slid right off! Have to make sure and wear a belt with them next time. He he. But it is pretty exciting to see the changes happening!!! Clint 505/421/healthy
