The little joys in our new wls lives.........

Just wanted to share some of life's simple pleasures since my wls..... - fitting comfortably in the booth at the restaurant when my family went out to dinner - being able to wear the free promotional t-shirt I got at the store the other day - being able to wear clothes I haven't worn for YEARS! (plus added bonus - other people think they are new!) -feeling comfortable with the seat belt on in the car Any additions???

- being able to walk to the other side of the building at work and not huffing and puffing or in pain - liking what I see when I pass a mirror - having more of a lap for my daughter to sit on - still need a bit more for her though - but it's getting there!!

-being able to get into your car when another driver is parked only a foot away from yours (rather than having to climb over the passenger seat) -Movie seats are roomier -you can almost cross your legs again.

Can get out of a low chair w/o help. Can get down on the floor to play with my granddaughter. Can look in the mirror w/o cringing or looking away. Louise -35

-being able to have my husbands arms all the way around me -having clothes so baggy, they almost fall off -feeling great about ourselves! being 37 lbs lighter in only 7 weeks and feeling nothing but pride!!
