DID YOU HAPPEN TO CATCH...
I never catch AI it seems because I'm always working when it's on.
I will say that I realize that this is only helping me get to goal - that there is real work involved and real committment needed. I really think I can do it, and sometimes I think that is 90% of the battle....believing you can do it and having a realistic perspective of what is involved. I certainly won't be drinking high calorie drinks and snacking all the time, and those seem to be the most common denominator amongst those who gain back.
But you know what? At this point, 200 looks good to me and I'd probably be pretty darn happy to be there. Sure I want to be thinner and absolutely I'm going to try, but I have to say anything less is better than 325 and a heck of a lot healthier!

Hey guys,
I also saw Randy Jackson on American Idol, but remember, it was a show that showed the contestants when they were touring to find the people, and that was last year. End of summer, early fall, so he could have lost more weight between now and then, think of how much you lose in a month, and then multiply that time like 6 or 7 months. I haven't seen Al Roker, so I won't comment on him, but I think that is why Randy looked heavier. I just went to the ObesityHelp.com convention last weekend, and there were PLENTY of people 2 and 3 years out who were beautiful, healthy, and at good weights. Don't let fear grab a hold of you now that you are doing something to improve your life! Just be smart about your food decisions!
