Loosing slooooowwww...
(((Elizabeth))) I know how you feel. I went for just a few days shy of a month with the same amount of loss, so I know what you are feeling. It just likes to come off in spurts. I'm just anxiously awaiting my next loss, and I know it will come in it's own time.
No brilliant words to share, but just a hug to let you know that you aren't alone, and to hopefully give you the shoring up you need so that you can see the long term results ahead of you rather than focusing on the lousy here and now. I'm trying to do the same. It's hard, but we gotta do it...

Thanks you guys it means alot to know you are out there to talk to
I weighed myself yesterday (big mistake) it said I had gained 2 pounds!!!
AAAhhhh!! 'sigh' I am banking that on water weight gain! Because I cant imagine what the heck I would gain from. So make that 3 pounds in 6 weeks. WOW. how slow is that? Incredible. I cant wait to see my doctor and ask them what the heck is going on??? I really upped my protein and am eating healthy. The only thing I am eating that is a bit off I suppose is the sunflower seeds Maybe that has something to do with it.- but the nutritionist said thats not bad and it contains some protein, I had asked -what about the salt in it...she was like well its not great but it shouldnt be a problem. I've been getting in tha****er. Its a mystery to me. I made all the changes the nutrition told me to. Im stumped. You know what I think I am going to do....Just to Shock
my body...I think I am going to try liquids for 2 days. Just protein shakes and water and SF liquids. Maybe that will shock my body into loosing again. Maybe it is just getting use to how I am eating? I will let you all know how that goes. Thanks again for all the support

my surgeon was talking last night about how the body seems to have a natural resistance to losing weight...a survival mechanism. And that even tho we may not lose everything in the honeymoon, we can still keep losing after that---even up to 3 years post op.
At least we ARE losing, even if it is slow...I always just went up, up, up before.
I know how you feel. I am going so slow too. It seems like I lose a week then stall a few weeks then lose. I am down 62lbs now but most of that was the first month. I thought since I was so heavy at first(350) that it would just fall off. I have been doing good so i dont know. Not exercsing enough I guess. Hopefully we will look back in a year and say"WOW, that weight fell off!" Keep working at it. We can do it.
