Has anybody tried to juice fruits and vegtables yet?

I have not tried it...only crystal light. I've heard from a bunch of people who tried though...most of them had dumping. Fruit juices have waaaaay too much sugar. If you want to try some dilute it with a lot of water. I won't try it for a while because I got scared reading about other people's experiences.

I started eating fresh fruits and some veggies this week due to needing more fiber in my diet. I have tried melons and grapes. It was suggested that I try juicy fruits first and 1/4 cup rather than 1/2 cup to see how my body adjusted. My body adjusted well. I am trying some veggies but staying away mainly from fresh green leafy things that would stay longer in my system.
I find the same thing with Watermelon - It's like the doc did some kind of brain surgery along with the RNY and infused the desire for Watermelon in my brain. I can eat as much of it as I want and never have a problem. And it takes care of my sweet tooth - no desire for sweets - when I do, I grab watermelon!!!
