Hungry all day today
I would bet you have reached a point where most, if not all, of the swelling is out of your pouch so you have more room. I remember being about 2 months out and having more hungry days than I had prior to that time. Just stay true to the eating plan they gave you and you will work thru it, if you keep being hungry, just be aware of what you are putting in your mouth......dont lower your standards to JUNK food! I am having some much more hungry days. It isn't helped by the fact that sometimes, though I want to eat, when I sit down it's like "yech." Kind of like being pregnant. I'm sure you're doing this, but no drinking for 1/2 hr. before eating and at least 1 hr. after.
Last night I made some turkey stew that seemed to fill me up and make me feel better. To make one portion (just multiply to make more), brown 1/4 lb. ground turkey meet. Add chicken broth to taste and also dark kidney beans. Very filling and didn't upset my stomach or make me feel that kinda yuck feeling. I had more energy afterwards and I 'm going to have it at least once a day for the next few days.
Jamming on the water when it's allowed also keeps the hunger down. When I feel hungry, I'm trying to pair it with the thought, "wow, this is what is feels like to be losing weight RIGHT now." That helps, too.
