Eating what doctor said too...

Well I don't seem to be losing weight and it must be I am doing something wrong,so I found the papers the doc sent home and going to eat close to what they had wrote for returning to regular foods. I thought I would write it down incase anyone wants it too. Going to try this for a while will let ya know what happens. Had to add a slice of cheese to add a few more cal and some protien cause I was told at least 70g of protien a day and a 1000 cal.....well this is the best I could do. B 1c 1/2percent milk protien 9 cal 100 vitamin am snack 1slice mozz cheese w/4fat free crackers protien 5 cal 100 and 1c.milk protien 9 cal 100 Lunch 1/2 c cottage cheese w/1/4c pineapple 14 cal 115 snack 1 light yogart protien 8 cal 90 Dinner 2oz. chicken or tuna and 1 slice cheese protien 18 cal 120.5 pm snack 8oz. sugar-free hot cocoa with 1c milk protien 9 cal 125 totals cal 720.5 protien 72 Thats if my calulations are correct.....they didn't say what protien and cal it all added up too had to look it up. They want us to eat 6 times a day. Plus throw in your water..... Hope this works.........need to start losing again.... If anyone has anyother suggestions please let me know.. Anyway thanks for listening.......just trying to get on track........

Donna: Go to www.fitday.com to help you with your calculations. I just added some fruits and veggies to my foods. I try to not have many carbs and it seems to be working for me.

Thanks for the insite into fitday works good.. But one question do you think eating this many times a day is too many.... or too much food???
