Garrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy???? Have you called your doctor? Huh? That's the first thing you should do. It could be nothing and it could be something. You need lab tests drawn, sweetums! By the way - what vitamins and minerals are you taking and in what form? Are you getting any potassium in anything? Weakness could be low in iron, low in potassium, low in thiamin or other b-vitamins and the list goes on. Potassium deficiency I am guessing is the most common thing to happen to folks (you know - when they are dehydrated from diarrhea or vomiting), but with us wls patients it could seriously be anything. Do you have a local doctor at all? It seems like you are not wanting to go for whatever reason. You could also see a nurse practitioner if it's a money thing. They are usually a lot cheaper and can run most of those tests for you. I recommend you start logging your food and vitamins in fitday.com. You can add custom foods and such, and I even added my vitamins. They ask for percentages, so I just type in the percentages off the label. Then you can go to "reports" and ask for a report to see if your nutritional needs are being met. It really helps highlight where potential problems lie. I see where now that I may be quite low in my intake of selenium, so I'm going to focus on getting more of that in. Take care of yourself and report back when you can. Get well!!! Dina

I have not had a blood panel done yet. I take vit b-12 shots, iron, calcium and efforvescent vitamin c as well as 2 flintstones chewables per day. My company is in the beginning stages of being bought out and my insuraces have changed thus making me change doctors yet again. I have a new doctor but it will be the middle of next month before I can see him. I am in constant contact with my surgeon from Bogota which is great. It seems to be getting better as the day goes on. I haven't fallen today yet. Maybe it will clear up. Thanks for the replies and well wishes. And Virginia, I would spill on myself and get 3rd degree burns first before ever thinking of spilling on any of you! Gary Manservant for Hire ( I work Cheap )

Gary, check your Flinstone vits. If they are the "Plus Iron" kind, you could be getting in too much iron. Also, how much B-12 are you taking? I take the sublingual once a week. It sounds like maybe this might be a vitamin/nutriet issue, but I agree with Dina. If the dizziness is serious enough to have you concerned, call your doc!!! Maureen
